Formed in 1990 the IPIA is a not-for-profit Trade Association that is focused on helping its Members grow and develop their businesses.

There are Member companies in 3 categories:

  • Trade buyers
  • Trade manufacturers
  • Associates

Our core aim is to give Members a return on their subscription investment through:

  • The creation of sales opportunities
  • A range of Member benefits that take cost out of their business

IPIA Meet the Trade Buyer

 'Meet the Trade Buyer' is the IPIA's flag ship networking event bringing together trade manufacturers and trade print buyers, office supplies companies and designers. The 2014 event was a huge success with 563, 20 minute appointments generating a tremedous amount of business activity and many quote requests on the actual day.

Annual Innovations Conference

Each year the IPIA hold its Innovations Conference - Showcasing the power of print and marketing and the latest innovations in the digital age.

The IPIA also hosts a number of Conferences for Members and guests at intervals throughout the year.



IPIA - Industry specific training

The IPIA organises a wide range of print related training courses, from an introduction to print, to telephone sales and appointment making, to social media.

IPIA 25th Anniversary Lunch

The 25th Anniversary Networking Luncheon was held, at the invitation of The Lord Teverson, on 3rd June in the Cholomondeley Room & Terrace at The House of Lords. Special guided tours of The Palace of Westminster were arranged in the morning and over 70 Members and guests enjoyed a splendid lunch, before adjourning to a nearby hostelery to continue the networking!
