Lisburn-based DLRT Limited, part of the TALL Group of Companies, has received a supplier award by Geoban Logistics, the Santander-owned operating company for the 5th time in as many years. The Northern Irish Company was credited with a top 4 position in the 2016 Geoban Supplier League Table. As a top performing supplier, this award is in recognition of DLRT and its staff for excellent service, consistently exceeding customer expectations and delivering on customer needs for the financial organisation during the last twelve months.

DLRT was commended for the production of specially-printed cheque books that are delivered to Santander’s network of branches or direct to the end users on a next-day basis.

DLRT is also celebrating a double success with staff member Alan McRoberts, DP Manager being recognised by Geoban Logistics as a ‘Geoban Hero’. They have identified Alan for his contribution to the business and that, as they believe, he goes above and beyond ‘the call-of-duty’ for Santander in terms of service and assistance.

“Our aim, within DLRT, is to evolve, train our staff and introduce innovations within our business in order to provide our key customers with a market leading portfolio of products and the best of customer services. These awards from Santander are testament to the hard work and dedication of our team here in Lisburn,” said Peter Thomas, DLRT Managing Director.

“Alan’s contribution to the day-to-day operation of the Santander account helps to bolster our working partnership with Santander, building on a trusted relationship which we have built up over a number of years,” he added.

Karen Talarek, Service Manager – Print & Cards, Logistics at Geoban said, “The account is managed very professionally with excellent operational and management support. We would like to acknowledge DLRT’s consistent commitment, demonstrated on a daily basis, to resolve any issues that arise to help us minimise impact to our business. It is a great achievement for DLRT to receive another top performing supplier-accreditation. I am also delighted to have the opportunity to recognise someone like Alan who regularly works to the benefit of both organisations.”

She added, “Geoban introduced the Supplier League Table to help suppliers drive their performance towards meeting Santander’s goals and to recognise ‘key’ suppliers to Santander.”

Martin Ruda, Group Managing Director of the TALL Group of Companies, added, “I’m thrilled that this achievement marks the efforts of our teams across the Group, particularly within Runcorn and Lisburn, who service the Santander business. This clearly demonstrates how TALL has developed a strong customer base and reputation for quality products and delivering outstanding service across the banking and financial sectors.”
